This map shows revenue received from all permissive license plate fees by county in Ohio for 2015. This revenue can be used for "…planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing public roads, highways, streets, and for the maintaining and repair of bridges and viaducts." Many of the OVRDC counties show up low on the map scale due to not having permissive license plate fees enacted at the county level. In the OVRDC region, only Clermont, Fayette and Highland have increased their fees county-wide.
