OVRDC Schedules Second Round Caucus Meetings

Waverly, Ohio – The Ohio Valley Regional Development Commission (OVRDC) will hold Second Round Caucus Meetings in nine of the 12 counties of the southern Ohio service area.

Staff will discuss and rank projects submitted to OVRDC for possible funding consideration through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC). Identification of potential Economic Development Administration (EDA) projects will also occur. Updated information will be presented on the status of the ARC and EDA programs, as well as information on programmatic activities and projects. Other programs to discuss include the NRAC Clean Ohio Greenspace Conservation, Broadband Gap Analysis project and a Regional Transportation Planning Organization funding and program update.

The meeting is open to the general public, local government officials and non-profit organizations. We encourage those organizations with projects submitted for funding to send a representative. Comments by attendees on regional or county projects and priorities are encouraged.
