OVRDC to Share Findings from EDA-Funded Regional Broadband and Tourism Studies

OVRDC will be wrapping up two studies made possible through EDA CARES Act funds this month. The two projects have been ongoing for the last 24 months and OVRDC will host virtual public meetings to share and discuss findings and next steps with stakeholders and the general public.

The Regional Tourism Study was conducted by Place Dynamics LLC, and the project included data analytics of the most visited attractions.

The Regional Broadband Study was conducted by Reid Consulting LLC. The broadband maps from this project are available on the Connecting Appalachia website.

The public and stakeholders are encouraged to register and attend the virtual public meetings to be held on Friday, June 24, 2022.
