ARC pre-applications were due to OVRDC on April 24, 2015 and are currently being reviewed by OVRDC staff. Second-Round Caucuses are scheduled from May 4 to May 18 in order to present and rank the proposed ARC projects. Contact jpurdon@ovrdc.org for more information.
